This traditional, build of stone apartment, used to be the storage space of one of the well known “ship owners” and merchants of Hydra island. In this very place, all his marine supplies, boat equipment and valuable merchandise were stored.

His descendants have renovated and turned the apartment into a unique welcoming place for families or groups of friends (1 to 4 people).

Spacious, lightful , with three windows offering an exquisite view to a traditional paved with stones footpath leading  to the island’s main port. A peaceful place to stay that diffuses the refreshing aura of Hydra.

Includes two separate sleeping areas, kitchen and bathroom. In the main bedroom, a double bed traditionally made by iron; in the living room, two single beds made by the same old stones of this very house. All mattresses, made of coconut plant, combined with anatomical pillows, add a luxurious, yet natural touch.

Traditional build-in couches offer a restful seat.

Fluffy bathrobes, slippers and towels. Fragranced soaps and sanitary articles, accomplish the whole picture that combines elegant contemporary aesthetics with traditional simplicity of the island’s past.
